I started Jack Fine Art in 2002 as a gallery representing over 30 artists, offering their works for sale at art fairs and online and more recently based at Helmsley Galleries in Yorkshire. Prior to this I spent 25 years managing galleries in London and gained an extensive knowledge of 19th and 20th Century paintings.
After working for many years as a seller of art and an agent for other artists it was during the Lockdown in 2020 that I discovered a desire to make my own paintings.
So it was that in 2020 I closed the galleries and set about making a collection of my own paintings.
As well offering my own work for sale, I have a family connection to the estate of Bernard and Margaret Green and offer a selection of linocut prints from their studio collection.

Purchases made via this website are covered under the online returns policy, meaning you have a right to view and approve your purchase on receipt of the item and will be entitled to cancel the agreement up to 7 working days after delivery by notifying me.
The returns policy only applies to sales made within the UK where the selection is based on a web image or photo. Cancelled sales will be refunded in full after the deduction of delivery and return charges, so long as the item is returned safely using the packaging provided.
For commissioned works or items that are made to your individual order, or framing that is made to order, we consider this to be a firm order and we cannot offer refunds for items that are individually commissioned or produced to order, whether purchased online by mail or in person.
